- Referral forms: referrer name, organisation, job title, telephone number, email address; and information about the individual being referred including name, date of birth, age, address, contact number, support needs, and risk information.
- Contact forms: your name, email address, telephone number, and the content of your message.
- Supported living interest form: your name, email address, and role.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL — collected automatically via server logs.
We do not collect special category data (e.g. health information) directly through this website except where voluntarily provided in the free-text fields of our referral form.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- To review and respond to referrals submitted via this website.
- To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form.
- To notify you when our supported living service launches (only where you have requested this).
- To maintain records of referrals and enquiries for operational and safeguarding purposes.
- To improve this website and ensure it functions correctly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We may share data with:
- Web3Forms — our form submission processor. Form submissions are transmitted securely to our email inbox via the Web3Forms API. See web3forms.com/privacy.
- Statutory services — where we are required to share information for safeguarding or legal purposes.
- Third-party professionals — only where relevant to coordinating the support of an individual, and only where appropriate consent or lawful basis exists.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Referral records: retained for a minimum of 7 years in line with care sector best practice and regulatory requirements.
- General enquiries: retained for up to 2 years.
- Supported living interest registrations: deleted once the service has launched and you have been notified, or upon request.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request erasure of your data (where no legal obligation requires retention).
- Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances.
